Two of Philippa’s collaborative projects with Tamar Maclellan – Meeting in the Middle and Sewing Secrets – have recently been accepted for an exhibition entitled All stitched up that opens in Tacoma, Washington, USA on 3 September. The call for entries asked for books where stitching was an integral part of the visual design. The exhibition is curated by Catherine Alice Michaelis and Jane A. Carlin, and will form part of a larger event including a symposium and lecture.
